We are looking for a collegaue for a part time job:
Manager Assistant & Communication
Location: Székesfehérvár, Sapa Profiles Kft.
- Support the work of the Managing Director (daily in 4-6 hours)
- Contact with clients of the company
- Cooperating with other company departments
- Organizing meetings, preparing protocols
- Assist with sales and marketing activities
- Construction and development of the company's internal communication channels
- Monitoring the organisational changes, informing the employees
- Construction and development of the Intranet
- Preparing reports and presentation materials
- Degree with technical experience or ambition
- High level of computer skill, primarily in data management, Office knowledge
- Negotiating knowledge of English and German language, knowledge of other European language is an advantage
- Experience in field of assistance or management
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of creativity and self-sufficiency
