Within the further strategic orientation of our dynamic company we are looking for a professionally convincing character to fill the position as:

Management Assistant Sales Eastern Europe (m/f)

for our office in Kecskemet/Hungary, at first in part time 20 hours/week, later expansion the working hours to a full-time position.


Job responsibilities:

  • acquisition, support and legwork in sales and marketing
  • development and preparation of strategic concepts and business plans
  • responsibility of follow-up and follow-through action lists
  • preparation of presentations, meetings and communication materials
  • organization of meetings and events
  • coordination of appointments and travel management
  • preparation of travel expenses
  • general administrative tasks
  • preparation of weekly and monthly reporting documents
  • participating in meetings
  • financial support


Required skills and qualifications:

  • degree in Business Administration
  • very good knowledge of spoken and written English is requirement
  • good knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • experience in sales and marketing are a plus
  • organized and structured way of working
  • strong communication skills
  • teamwork
  • engagement and loyalty
  • willingness to travel
