- Keeping contact with main clients in order to measure customer satisfaction
- Prepare, update and maintain survey materials
- Collecting and analysing incoming data
- Identify development ideas and process gaps based on the analysis
- Setting up own improvement concepts
- Make sure that all necessary gaps and concepts are escalated
- University or College degree
- Fluent English and at least strong intermediate German knowledge is a must!
- Some experience in Field Service Coordination AND/OR Data Management field
- Experience with Excel is an advantage
- Strong communication and analytical skills as well!
