We are looking for leader for our fast-growing and reputable partner company for their up-building HR SSC, who is not afraid of the everyday operational tasks and will participate in implementation of the tasks and selecting the new co-workers. Junior HR SSC Junior
- Manage the HR team's workflow and also participate in the daily tasks
- Support team in efficiently creating customer contracts, letters and other
- Coach and support HR Analysts to resolve customer requests
- Communicate HR Services strategy and values to the team
- Drive continuous improvement within the team
- Identifying areas for training and development
- Cooperating with different HR Services teams and management
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR SSC environment
- Fluent English knowledge, any other European language knowledge is a plus
- Minimum 1 year people management and leadership experience
- Knowledge HR policies and procedures
- University or College Degree
- Team worker attitude and excellent problem solving skills
- Communicative, friendly, customer-oriented personality
