On behalf of our multinational partner operating in the pharmaceutical sector we are looking for candidates for the following role:

Junior HR Specialist (Change management) - Budapest (PJ2876)

Main purpose of the position:
In the local implementation of an international HR IT system he/she is responsible for creating and realizing change management strategy and plans (actionable deliverables of all change management levels) to maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

Contract type: Fixed-term contract (1 year)

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planing and executing change management tasks related to the local implementation of the HR IT system.
  • Work with international Global Team to create change management strategy and integrate it into local business strategy.
  • Plan and perform the following change management activities:
  • Impacts
    - Analyse and continuously update the impacts of the local implementation on HR processes and stakeholders
  • Stakeholder Management
    - Support and engage senior leaders, managers and supervisors
    - Identify and assess Key Stakeholders
    - Utilize assessment to develop actions
  • Communications
    - Participation in communication strategy design
    - Channel assessment
    - Material development, translation and deployment
    - Feedback loop
  • Change Network
    - Participate on weekly meetings with Global Team
    - Identify Change Champions and Agents across the country
    - Develop, engage and manage change network
  • Training
    - Anysis of training needs
    - Prepare training plan
    - Design, translate, develop, deploy training materials
    - Organise and perform trainings
  • Knowledge Transfer
    - Identify skill-transfer needs
    - Agree timetable and activities
    - Develop transfer plan
    - Execute feedback

- University/college degree
- Excellent level of English knowledge
- At least 1 year of HR experience on the corporate side (preferably in manufacturing)

- Social and communication skills
- Accuracy, reliability and accountability
- Customer focus, good organizing skills
- Change Management knowledge
- Experience in new system implementation is advance
