Our client a multinational company looks for a new colleauge as

 Junior HR Representative


I. Role/Overall objectives:


Ensure smooth HR related processes for the supply chain /manufacturing organizations and managers. Drive and lead the HR administration tasks, keep contact with HRLY employees, functions and local HR Leader and Generalist.


II. Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:


-          Being an operative partner of the Production Leader and his/her team members;

-          Managing the sourcing process of the blue-collar workers, coordinating the pre-screening of the candidates and organizing & participating on the interviews;

-          Responsible for the CV database of the blue collar workers: updating, maintenance, follow up the incoming CVs, headhunting for HRLY positions;

-          Handle Referral bonus forms and Internal applicants;

-          Continuously tracking the selection process, coordinate with leased worker and student supplier companies,

-          Providing offers to the right candidates concerning the professional area, band and the position;

-          Participate in salary planning, make sure that company guidelines are followed;

-          Participate in performance evaluation and discussions;

-          Create and maintain competency&skill matrix for Supply Chain (SC) and define training plans according to it, manage ongoing development of the SC population;

-          Coordinate the transfer processes of the contractors;

-          Handle the invoices regarding the contractor and student companies;

-          Keep contact the employees regarding administrative cases;

-          Keep contact with the functional leaders, and HR/People Operations;

-          Participate in reporting (holiday, overtime report, etc), support finance with data;

-          Administer & handle the time and attendance tracking system (new hires, extra holidays etc.), monitor data, manage the modifications in the attendance and tracking system (organization, manager, schedule, budge number);

-          Manage monthly payroll closing tasks of the hourly employees (Check the attendance tracking, reporting, problem solving);

-          Responsible for accurate data maintenance of contractors;

-          Manage the requests of badges for new hire contractors;

-          Has documentation of employee Link megjelenítésey for HRLY population, forward these information to HR/ People Operations


II. Requirements:

Expected Qualifications/Skills


-          Colleague or University Degree

-          Fluent in written and verbal in Hungarian and in English

-          Strong skills with Ms Excel and Office knowledge

-          Some knowledge of Hungarian legal/employment law

-          Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities and initiate facilitation and complex problem-solving skills

-          Drive with positive and helpful enthusiasm and support internal customers on a high level

-          Supportive team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment; ability to diffuse a tense situation

-          Proactive and achiever mindset
