Our multinational client is a leading global provider of mobility solutions being present in Hungary with a business support center providing different types of business support services.
We are looking for an Italian Speaking Financial Specialist for the following tasks:
- Checking received invoices and preparing them for accounting
- Handling invoices from receiving to payment
- Other administrative tasks, handling post and archiving
- Keep daily contact with the suppliers and partners
- Helping in updating the process documentations, follow-up and record changes, which contributes to recognise the opportunities of improving processes.
- High level education, economics or finance field is an advantage
- At least intermediate level Italian and English language knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel outstanding
- Ability to work precisely and accurately and at the same time meeting the deadlines
