Italian speaking Desk-Based Service Manager
Continue your career at a prestigious multinational company in an Italian speaking Desk-Based Service Manager role. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Service Management life cycle, maintaining and improving customer relationship and satisfaction of a dedicated portfolio.
- Providing support on all global and local requests such as billing queries and related recalculations, credit notes, product description
- Remotely conduct recurrent Customer Service Reviews as a key moment of the Continuous Service Improvement
- Increasing customer confidence and satisfaction
- Supporting and providing feedback to the Sales team on service related matters
- Initiating and preparing successful improvement plans for nominated accounts
- Customer retention/renewal at the end of their contract
- Fluency in English AND Italian is a must!
- Knowledge and understanding of IT Service provision and Operations (a working understanding of ITIL v2 or v3 or equivalent would be a plus)
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Self-motivated and service-oriented personality
