An Italian speaking Customer Care Specialist position is open at our client's well-established support center in Budapest.

Your new role
- Be the first point of contact for the clients
- Manage the relationship with customers other departments
- Resolve arising issues and questions in Italian
- Administrate the incoming issues and their progress
- Invoice resolution
- Answer calls, emails and solve problems which may be quite varied
- Work closely with the logistics and fulfillment teams
What you'll need to succeed
- Advanced Italian language skills
- Experience in a similar position is an advantage, but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
