- Receiving the IT problems via phone or e-mail
- Creating Hotline ticket for the problem or requests
- 1st level support for the user to solve the IT problem during the call.
- Provide support for Windows clients, Printers, Mobile and IP phones as needed with regards to network connectivity, hardware/software issues, etc. that fall under a typical IT support environment
- HW, SW and User management
- Good communication skill in Hungarian and English
- Thorough knowledge of desktops, laptops as well as MS operating systems and application
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Must display patience and understanding when dealing with difficult customers/users and must be able to resolve difficult interactions effectively
