Our client is a globally well known corporation in the Telco sector, which is running it’s Shared Service Center from downtown Debrecen to support IT operations all over Europe.
- Professional communication with customers on the phone and via e-mail
- Handle incoming queries and address complaints with a positive attitude
- Provide information to clients and find the best solution to arising problems
- Log case details accurately
- Cooperate with other team members and with colleagues abroad
- relevant experience is an advantage
- excellent (near native) command of French and intermediate command of English
- strong customer orientation and a desire to handle clients professionally
