Unilever requires a recruiter located at our Corporate Centre (Weena) and DeBrug in Rotterdam. This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest and profitable global FMCG that is famous for products such as Axe, Dove and other great products.
The Unilever Recruitment team is responsible for acquiring talent across The Netherlands into Marketing, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and the Corporate Functions. It is a great place to work with agile working, career development and exposure to all functions across the business

Inhouse Recruiter

Main job purpose
The focus of the Recruiter is to partner with the HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to fully understand their talent agenda and build a strong proactive talent pipeline of high potential professionals.
We require a Recruiter that can inject their Recruitment expertise to advise, shape, consult and deliver an innovative resourcing strategy to fill not just the immediate recruitment needs but also put in place a longer term road map of both internal and external talent by working in partnership with HR BPs and L&D; (Leadership & Development) teams.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities
You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process from role definition through to onboarding. This is a high profile recruitment role for which you will already have solid direct sourcing in-house recruitment experience and knowledge of the FMCG and Dutch/European market. Your target groups: Marketing, Customer Development, Finance, HR and Communication.
• Managing internal and external recruitment activities placing priority on filling key roles in line with agreed global processes and Service Level Agreements
• Design, activate and execute sourcing for priority talent initiatives (both proactively and reactively as required)
• Applicant tracking system data integrity and accuracy
• Networking to build, manage and maintain a pipeline of external talent taking full advantage of digital and social channels (LinkedIn and Avature)
• Leveraging internal and external contacts to ensure available pools of talent for future openings
• In conjunction with the HR "Talent" Manager, developing sourcing methods to find the best drivers of talent by leveraging multiple channels, including but not limited to social channels, networking, direct sourcing, internet recruiting, data mining, advertising, employee referrals, competitor contacts
• Managing candidate relationships and communicating the Unilever employment value proposition to prospective hires
• Ensure compliance with global and local recruitment policies
• Provide and analyze data on key metrics for recruitment, application flow, sources and quality of talent as required in order to seek for opportunities to improve
• Ensure a mindset of continuous improvement of recruitment strategy, tools and processes

Skills & Experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience within the full life-cycle of recruiting with significant direct sourcing and in-house recruiting experience in a FTSE 100 company and / or consumer goods sector
• Significant recruitment experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality hires with
strong line manager and candidate satisfaction
• Fluent in English
• Experience with applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, building preferred supplier lists, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.)
• Exceptional candidate relationship skills
• A strong awareness of brand management and the employee value proposition
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to provide specific examples of building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
• Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders
