IM&T Purchasing Administrator (EMEA)- Your future position?

Overall mission: As an IM&T Purchasing Administrator you will participate in Purchasing and Contract management activities for countries in EAME region plus possibly other regions depending on the workload

Main responsibilities:

Order IM&T material

  • Order through the IM&S process all IT material (Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Printers, Peripherals)
  • Ensure the follow up of the order and inform on the expected delivery date
  • Once the material is delivered make the Good receipt as per IM&S process
  • Manage IT stock and ensure the stock doesn’t go below the minimum stock level
  • Use the different Givaudan Portal to order the material


  • Manage the licenses Pool
  • Order licenses through the IM&S process for all end users
  • Apply relevant process to order and manage licenses

Contract Management

  • Manage contractors contract (creation, renewal, addendum, etc..)
  • Manage all administrative activities related to these contracts (signature collection, scanning, archiving…)
  • Ensure contract management policies & procedures are followed
  • Assist IT stakeholders following purchase process (contract approval form filling...)
  • Act as backup of colleagues if required

Your professional profile includes:

  • 4 years of experience in administration
  • BA degree
  • Experience in Procurement and Finance
  • Experience in supplier and customer relationship
  • Good knowledge of informatics : SAP and Excel
  • Good knowledge IT tools
  • Fluency in English is a must, Hungarian, Dutch or Spanish languages are considered as a plus
