HUNGARIAN-ENGLISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Service Representatives provide a professional back and front office service function for our client’s project in line with the contractual agreements.
- Answering incoming phone calls and e-mails
- Providing support
- Follow-up of cases
- Preparing reports and being responsible for administrative tasks
- Fluent HUNGARIAN language knowledge
- Intermediate ENGLISH language knowledge
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in administration
- Good organizational skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of electronics
