F&B Supervisor
The multi award winning Corinthia Budapest is looking for an ambitious, determined and highly motivated individual who is seeking to embark on a career in hospitality and join its team. The F&B Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Manager and F&B Management team on projects, training and some administration duties, as well as leading the team on the floor during service times.
The successful candidate will oversee and direct the restaurant operation, supervising the team and ensuring that guest needs are met to the highest standard and that expectations are exceeded, with a strong emphasis on team development and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Distributes daily tasks and provides briefings to waiters and hostesses;
- Overseeing the work of casual waiters, waitresses and host, hostesses;
- Actively participates in organizing, coordinating, and the smooth running of daily F&B operations;
- Ensure that the standard operational procedures are kept at all times.
- Leads by example and a role model to other members in the team.
- Maintain good working relationships with all other departments in the hotel.

Minimum expectations:
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position at a similar star hotel
- Good Computer skills –word and excel
- Ability to multitask
- A strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitality
- Flexibility to work varied hours
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Exceptional customer care skills
- Empathy for your guests and colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure
