In order to strengthen our SCM Team in ZEISS Vision Care Business Group, we are seeking a
Packaging coordinator
for our Mátészalka office:
Tasks:
- Support the Global packaging harmonization project with the target to
- Reduce complexity and variants in packaging for Rx lenses and FSV lenses (envelopes), Semi Finished products (Card Boxes), Bulk Shipped products (bulk cartons, transportation cartons)
- Drive standardization of packaging and labelling globally, especially on delivery bags, delivery notes, add-in materials (warranty cards, customer cards….)
- Safe cost in packaging and contribute to the COMPETE targets
- Work as a project assistant to support project planning, regular reviews, status updates, timeline and progress tracking, reporting and documentation
- Support global implementation of solutions and best practice
Requirements
- Alternatively a graduate of a technical business school (no university) can be suitable
- Some experience in Packaging processes would be an advantage, but is not necessarily required
- Good an proven English communication skills (fluently)
- Able to work in teams and under (some) pressure
- Good MS Office skills (i.e. MS Project, Excel etc.)
- Open to learn
