FLHSS Manager

Located in the heart of the city centre, offering international, premium services

Corinthia Budapest is looking for an ambitious, dedicated and motivated employee.

Main tasks:

• Lead and manage the Security Department and 24/7 security operations
• Develop and implement Fire, Life, Health, Safety & Security (FLHSS) policies and procedures in line with company standards and local legislation
• Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, residents, visitors and colleagues
• Oversee incident prevention, emergency response, investigations and reporting
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits and security inspections, implementing corrective actions where necessary
• Manage, train and motivate the security team to maintain the highest service and safety standards
• Liaise with police, fire brigade and relevant authorities regarding security and emergency matters
• Monitor and operate security, fire safety and surveillance systems
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all FLHSS regulations and company policies
• Act as Duty Manager on a rotational basis

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role
• Strong knowledge of FLHSS regulations, risk management and emergency procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Confident decision-maker with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Service-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in hospitality or residential environment is an advantage
