Feladatok / Tasks

Supporting customers via phone, chat, and email

Providing product information and handling order-related inquiries

Identifying and resolving hardware and software issues

Managing complaints and improving customer satisfaction

Escalating more complex cases to the appropriate internal teams

Complying with data protection and security regulations

Maintaining positive, cooperative communication within the team and with customers
