Spanish Speaking Customer Supply Executive Trainee

Feladatok:

• Maximizing sales by order management
• Capturing and entering orders 
• Resolving delivery and price related issues
• Managing promotional and malt stock allocations
• Relationship management with key customers and departments
• Handling all incoming customer queries and requests
• Maximizing customer satisfaction level and order entry accuracy
• Managing export documentation processes
• Providing visibility and relevant action on orders vs forecast

Elvárások:

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive university student status
• Fluent Spanish knowledge and upper intermediate English skills
• Advanced user of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook)

Working hours

• Be able to invest at least 30 working hours per week according to agreed schedule
• Long-term development opportunity
• Availability to work in the afternoon (until 6pm on weekdays)
