German Speaking Service Desk Team Leader

Our client is a prestigious multinational company with a significant global presence is currently looking for a Service Desk Team Leader to lead their growing team in Budapest. The support window for this project is between 7.00 am – 19.00 pm.

As a Service Desk Team Leader you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing the 1st level Service Desk team (7+ people)
  • Monitoring the team member’s KPI’s and performance
  • Supporting the team in providing high quality customer experience
  • Conducting team meetings and maintaining team communication
  • Participating in new hire interviewing and the candidate selection process 
  • Preparing consolidated daily / weekly / monthly reports 
  • Supporting and initiating continuous improvement process

To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:

  • 1-2 year of experience in Service Desk / Customer Support Team Leading
  • Excellence in English AND German is a must
  • Strong customer-oriented attitude
  • Collaboration skill
