Senior HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Being part of HR Operations team that is responsible for full range of HR administration and Payroll of ~750 employees in Budapest: payroll, time & attendance admin, fringe benefit system onboarding, leaver process, maternity, relocation, social security and taxation, contract modifications, background check, employment certificates, medical check, reporting, etc.
• Cooperating with relevant vendors (especially outsourced payroll) in connections with the above processes
• Coordination of outsourced payroll (monthly and off-cycle payments)
• Answering HR and payroll related employee queries
• Supporting local and international HR projects (HR system implementation, Process development, preparing HR materials, etc.)
• Following up local law changes (labor code, payroll, fringe benefit, etc.) and updating internal HR policies
• Reporting tasks
• Composing HR Admin related training materials and SOPs
• Co-work continuously with HRD, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, international HR team and local management
• Ensure 100% audit compliance
• Making sure all HR processes meet internal global and local legal requirements

Preferred qualifications

• Relevant work experience in HR admin/Payroll (minimum 2 years)
• Knowledge of Hungarian work legislation and HR administration practices
• Advanced command of English & Hungarian language
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good planning and analytical skills
• Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Positive, enthusiastic, self-starter and results driven
