Main duties:

  • Responsibility and further development of the orchestration of customer interaction relevant data via the Customer Data Platform (CDP) and similar processes,
  • Design and implementation of components of the system (segments, data layers, interfaces, solutions) for easy and standardized further use in subsequent systems and also in the CDP itself by colleagues from other departments,
  • Increasing the level of automation and personalization possibilities along the strategic goals of the data center and CRM loyalty areas,
  • Responsibility for data orchestration via CDP and other technical platforms from the data center to solutions with direct interaction with their customers (all marketing channels, stores and services),
  • Conception and support of the integration of new data sources into their platform,
  • Development and implementation of CDP roadmaps,
  • Responsibility for the configuration, use, maintenance and further development of the customer data platform (Tealium) and the segments, interfaces and solutions defined there,
  • Close cooperation with the customer segmentation product and the data science and CRM & loyalty departments,
  • Establishment of all incoming and outgoing interfaces and the applications behind them,
  • Review, analysis and evaluation of new functionalities and features and processes,
  • Monitoring and optimization of customer data flows, interfaces and customer data related KPIs,
  • Technical leadership of an employee.


  • At least secondary education in: business administration OR media management OR data science OR statistics/mathematics,
  • Professional communication in English (and basic in German),
  • You have advanced knowledge in the configuration, use, maintenance and further development of Customer Data Platforms (CDP – preferably Tealium),
  • You have basic knowledge in programming (JavaScript) and a confident handling of different data formats (e.g. JSON).

Duty timeMonday to Friday 8.30-17.00 (2 days at the office, 3 days home office)
