Tasks in which your expertise is expected:
- Formation of a local sales organization (a process spanning approximately 1 year), its management and operation
- Build up the sales partner team (it will be necessary to set up a team of approximately 10-20 people), its a continuous professional support
- Defining and implementing the annual sales strategy
- Continuous monitoring and evaluation of market changes and customer needs
- Finding new customers, market analysis and research
- Compilation of reports for the executive and regional headquarters
- During the establishment of the organization, active participation in operative sales activities
- Taking on a strategic leadership role after the establishment and consolidation of the organization
You are the ideal specialist if you have the following qualities:
- At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a technical field
- Native Romanian language skills (and Romanian citizenship)
- Negotiating/communicative HUNGARIAN language knowledge (for the purpose of cooperation with the parent company in Pécs)
- At least communicative English language skills (for international contact)
- Advanced degree (preferably college degree in trade/economic specialization)
- User-level computer skills
- A high level of independence, complex problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build organizations and network
- Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to a regularly changing environment
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills and sales attitude
Advantage in the selection process:
- Sales experience related to energetics, alternative energy, solar panels
