Tasks:
- Coordination of the guest area, bar and front door service team for the perfect guest experience
- Personal contact with each guest, active participation in seating, planning the perfect flow and intense presence on the pass
- Organization and management of wine tastings, internal training and daily workshops for continuous and conscious development
Requirements:
- 3 years of management experience in an Anglo-Saxon working environment, in a restaurant. (restaurant supervisor/manager)
- 5 years of experience spent in an English-speaking professional environment, in hospitality
- Intermediate English language skills

Place of work: Downtown
Working hours: At least 50 hours per week, spread over 4-4.5 days. In addition to 2 senior restaurant managers, the restaurant is managed by 2 junior restaurant managers in daily shifts. The five-member management team works in a predictable schedule in the morning or evening, in 4 or 5 short shifts/ week. Individual shifts are performed alone or in pairs.
