Our Partner Is a manufacturer who establish a new plant in Debrecen now looking for a
· Managing candidates, while providing a great candidate experience;
· Cooperation with agencies and external sourcing organizations;
· Source for professionals by using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, active sourcing, etc.);
· Conduct screening calls, schedule and participate in interviews, extend offers to candidates;
· Analyze trends and metrics to improve source efficiency, recommend new sources and sourcing strategies;
· Work closely with international colleagues.
WHAT WE EXPECT
· At least 3 years of experience in blue-collar, white-collar employees’ recruitment;
· Experience with approaching inactive candidates;
· Good problem solver and good organizational skills;
· Fluent level of English language.
