Are you looking for a challenging opportunity as a Procurement Team Leader? Do you have 3-5 years of professional procurement experience? Do you have people management experience as well?

-supervise a team of 7 who support operative procurement processes

-good understanding of the relevant processes and business requirements 

-ensure that operational KPIs, productivity, and CI targets are met on a team level

-leads, coaches, mentors, develops and appraises employees within their own team

-support the team on a daily basis

-ensures periodic reporting of financial and non-financial KPI are produced, according to defined formats and procedures

-drive process optimization and improvements 

-perform a high standard of stakeholder  management

Elvárások / Requirements

- Academic degree is an advantage

-high level of English language knowledge

-2+ years in leadership experience within a matrix organization with great stakeholder management skills

-high level of leadership skills

-4+ years of experience in procurement functions

-working in a shared service environment is a great advantage

-open for new ideas and constantly looking for improvements

-ability to lead people 

-project management skills

-good problem-solving skills

-knowledge of ERP Systems (SAP, Ariba)
