A complete variety of engineering services in automation and specialized machinery are offered by our partner. Their offerings cover the complete spectrum of custom-built automated speciality equipment development, production, installation, and maintenance. These offerings include robotics, industry 4.0 solutions, FEM analysis, engineering calculations, mechanical, electrical, and software engineering. We are looking for a PLC software engineer to join their team.

The new PLC engineer colleague will be responsible for:

• Controlling software development for automated and semi-automated assembly stations and lines and robotics
• Programming PLCs (mostly Siemens and Omron), peripheral units, HMI etc.
• Cooperation with Field Service Automation Engineers
• Participation in international research and development projects

Elvárások / Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• Relevant degree (MSc, BSc)
• Years of experience in PLC programming
• Experience with automation components
• Sound problem solving ability, result-oriented and creative thinking
• Ability to work independently, precisely to high standards
• Strong team spirit
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English

The following skills can be advantages during the selection process:

• Experience in automation design
• Skills in understanding electrical and control engineering
• Electronics designing skills
