Payments Operations Team Leader

Feladatok

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the cash and bank payments team, ensuring accurate and timely payments

  • Support internal and external audits and provide the necessary documentation

  • Manage the team’s capacity and workload, ensuring that deadlines and KPIs are met

  • Developing a team culture that supports the attraction and retention of talent

  • Establishing and operating effective internal controls

  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration to ensure the efficient operation of processes

  • Maintaining contact with internal and external partners, handling escalated issues

  • Keeping process descriptions and knowledge management up to date within the team

Elvárások

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting

  • 5+ years of experience in a Shared Service Center environment

  • Experience leading a team of at least 7–10 people

  • Knowledge of SAP or Oracle

  • Willingness to work in a hybrid work environment
