Language Support Intern (French)

Feladatok:

• Evaluate the language correctness of outsource agency responses for product reviews, product questions and posts, comments, private messages on Sony social media accounts
• Give written feedback and suggestions for improvement to outsource agency
• Possible ad hoc verbal feedback in quality calls may occur together with outsource agency

• Active or passive university student status
• Advanced MS Excel and MS Word knowledge
• Fluency in written and spoken French is essential
• English knowledge (B2 or higher)

Working hours

• 9 hours peer week
• Long-term opportunity
