Key Account Manager
Key Account Manager, Hungary
The role, reporting directly to the residential Sales Manager, will be in charge of the following activities:
- Manage the key strategic accounts across the area
- Responsible for maintaining relationships with the key account and for the negotiation of customer contracts in accordance with overall company sales strategy
- Creating and negotiating offers for key accounts
- Co-ordinate the activities of all functions with whom the customer has direct contact in order to provide a consistent and cohesive service level
- Monitor competitive activity within accounts and disseminates information to relevant parties
- Monitor that sales target of key customers are aligned with agreements and provide input for corrective actions
- Responsibility for accomplishing monthly/yearly sales of key customers
- Maintain CRM sales system to develop sales area
- Follow and execute the sales and marketing promotions relating to responsible customers
The ideal candidate has:
- Degree in Economics/Engineering (HVAC)
- min. 3 years of experience in sales PREFERABLY of heating appliances
- Familiar with MS-Office-Applications, SAP
- Good relational and communicational skills, teamwork attitude, flexibility and pro-activity
- Proficiency in English and the availability to mobility are a must.
