Key Account Manager

In the context of the Key Account Department, the Key Account Manager - has the objective of creating and developing new opportunities on prospects, for the Enterprise and Large segments with a focus on temporary employment services, recruitment and outsourcing and through close collaboration with the branch organization, while at the same time exploiting all the tools and services offered by The Adecco Group to ensure its positioning in the HR consultancy and services sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales

  • Understands the markets in which The Adecco Group operates, with priority given to temporary employment, recruitment and outsourcing services over the entire portfolio of services, anticipating trends in the HR services sector
  • Develops opportunities on prospects, implementing the necessary actions to cope with the evolution of the specific reference market
  • Guides the commercial development of the business, promoting development in terms of volumes and margins
  • Conducts direct visits to large companies  
  • Intervenes in evaluating the pricing to be applied for the services presented to clients
  • Puts in place strategic actions aimed at retaining new clients

Finance

  • Supervision of the cost analysis and profitability forecasts of agreements
  • Responsibility for pricing and profitability of managed clients

Other

  • Contributes to consolidating the Group's leadership with a public relations strategy
  • Shares and conveys the best practices
  • Key Relationship with Customers, Operations, Business Lines and Brands


REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree
  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a commercial environment
  • Full availability to travel
