Our Partner is a true global organization; they provide information security administration to internal and external customers worldwide. Their services include but not limited to: user access maintenance-, password resets for the Company's applications and client support on different communication channels (e-mail, phone, and ticket management).

 

The department in Budapest has more than 300 colleagues locally and around 1000 globally. There are plenty of opportunities for their workforce to develop in different areas and build a career within the Company

In this position, you would be supporting colleagues from all over the world with various IT-related issues, like password changes, access, system issues. You would be helping colleagues via chat, email and phone calls.

The tasks are easy to learn, no previous IT-related experience is needed. 

 

Elvárások / Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Client orientated attitude
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work monotonous hours
  • Ability to prioritize tasks 
  • Flexibility 
  • High School degree

 

Advantages: 

  • Knowledge any of the following programs: 
  • Microsoft Windows 7 desktop operating systems
  • General knowledge of database servers, 
  • Knowledge of  Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc. 
  • Experience in an IT support or Customer Service role
  • College or University degree
