Italian Service Desk Analyst

Our partner, who has one of the biggest support centers in Hungary and provide service for a wide range of customers from banking to telecomms is looking for Italian speaking IT Service Desk Agents.

Your new role

  • Acting as a first point of contact, providing technical guidance to the supported client
  • Managing calls and handling incoming requests via different tools
  • Handling administrative duties on a daily basis and registering, following up on reported cases
  • Regularly cooperating with L2 Teams on complex issues
  • Taking part in customer experience’s improvement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluent Italian and at least intermediate English knowledge
  • Relevant knowledge from IT support or customer service environment is an advantage
  • Willingness to broaden your knowledge in the field of IT 
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
