IBOF P2P TeamLeader

  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  • Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Delegating tasks and communicates deadlines and service level goals to team members
  • Monitor team performance and report on the KPIs
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Supervising the tasks and the performance of the supported team
  • Establish and maintain the month end closing controls and reconciliation tasks
  • Accounting duties, especially in case of urgent workload, or complicated troubleshooting
  • Support the process design of new processes to be implemented
  • Participate in the trainings and discussions required for the role
  • Constantly follows the role related professional guidelines
  • Coordinate the testing and the setup of new projects, processes of IBOF

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Degree in finance or economics, IFRS knowledge is a plus
  • TeamLeader experience is required in accounting field
  • Training experience os team members
  • Strong written and spoken English, other language is a plus
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Strong competence in MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Motivational skills
