HSE Manager
We are looking for an experienced HSE Manager for our industrial manufacturing partner. Our partner is a brand new foreign „green field” investor, who is going to open a new plant in Debrecen with the aim of gaining a foothold in the Western market.
Feladatok / Tasks
- Ensure that site Health and Safety systems, regulations and codes are strictly followed by the employees
- Gradually improve and develop the Health and Safety culture
- Coordinating and record keeping the risk assessment activities
- Coordinate HSE activities on shop floor and taking an active responsibility in training, educating and developing staff members
- Identification and evaluation of hazardous conditions and practices in work place
- Analyzing of risk assessment, near miss and accident data
Elvárások:
- Several years of experience in manufacturing and production
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive personality
- Experience in coaching and training is an advantage
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment with demanding customers
- At least 2 years of experience in a management position (preferably in HSE)
- Extensive knowledge of Health and Safety systems, regulations and activities
