We are looking for an experienced HR Manager for our industrial manufacturing partner. Our partner is a brand new foreign „green field” investor, who is going to open a new plant in Debrecen with the aim of gaining a foothold in the Western market.
Feladatok / Tasks
- Leading all HR operations within the company (recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, discipline and grievances; planning, monitoring, appraising)
- Leading and appreciating new HR related projects within the company
- Providing relevant strategic insights and advices to business leaders on all HR and people related subjects
- Leveraging strong business knowledge and understanding to partners
- Developing HR operations financial strategies
- Taking a proactive approach regarding employee relation matters, employee improvement and involvement
- Developing a diverse and inclusive team aligned to the company’s philosophy
- Motivating the HR team by setting challenging but achievable goals
Elvárások:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) is a requirement. Economics or HR field if preferable
- At least 7 years of experience in operating at HR Manager level within a manufacturing environment
- Great experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in Greenfield investment
- Experience in Strategic HR Planning (Planning & Resourcing)
- Experience in Change management
- Great Leadership and Communicational skills
