HR Manager

Feladatok / Tasks
- Taking responsibility for the company’s human resource management system
- Innovate and educate organization culture and the advice of employees' values
- Settle and implement the training management structure
- Developing the company’s salary system
- Employee relationship management, employee care, dispute handling
Elvárások:
- College degree in Human Resource or Psychology
- HR-related legal knowledge is required
- Leastwise 5 years of experience in HR field and at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Communication level English skills (both orally and in writing)
- Excellent knowledge of human resources regulations and laws
- Outstanding communication and coordination skills and being able to take responsibility
- Being organised, self motivated and independent
