On behalf on our partner we are looking for to employ a dedicated and experienced


HR Compensation and Benefits Team Leader


to build and supervise our HR Compensation and Benefits team and ensure that all reward operations run smoothly end oversees all the company's reward strategies. that will establish best practices, attract high-quality employees and reduce turnover.

HR Compensation and Benefits Team Leader works closely with HR & ISD Manager to develop and implement effective C&B policy include researching employee motives, implementing appealing rewards and tailoring benefit programs based on staff needs.

To be successful in this role, you should have good knowledge of labor legislation and be familiar with organizational psychology and employee engagement.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Designing fair and attractive bonus programs
  • Evaluating how effective the benefit packages are in terms of employee satisfaction
  • Ensuring our compensation plans comply with the relevant legislations
  • Designing compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Ensuring salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about human rights and pay equity
  • Identifying trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees
  • Conducting research on employee satisfaction (e.g. using surveys and quantitative data)
  • Establishing and continuously renewing our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs
  • Keeping track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans
  • Drafting job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
  • Structuring compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization
  • Evaluating and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs
  • Tracking compensation and benefits benchmarking data
  • Working time recording and preparing data to payroll
  • Payroll management, preparation of payroll data, checking and transferring
  • Managing SAP administration, SAP reporting and implementation of new SAP HRM modules

 

Job requirements:


  • MSc or BSc degree in Economics, Business management or Finance, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, or related field, MBA preferred
  • Proven experience working as a Compensation and Benefits Leader or similar role
  • Excellent management and leadership skills
  • Sound knowledge of labor legislation and HR practices
  • Excellent and effective communication skills both Hungarian end English, verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Management software, HRIS and payroll software and HR databases, SAP Success Factors is an advantage
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems and job pricing and job surveys
  • Creative and well-organized
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Having an enthusiastic attitude, working well on teams and being able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently, to prioritize and manage time efficiently, to work efficiently under pressure
  • Structured working style, strong ability of multitasking and Strategic and conceptional thinking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
