  • Administrative support of the Service Manager
  • Document verification, distribution and filling of quotations.
  • Define contract structure and create in SAP
  • Billing preparation& budget controlling
  • Identification and clean-up of missing components according to vendor information
  • Contract administration
  • Preparation reports for the customers
  • Other general administrative tasks
  • Active communication to related interfaces
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationship networks to the above-mentioned relevant parties

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Strong intermediate in English and German
  • Secure verbal and written communication in German
  • Very Good Excel skills (Formulas, Pivot charts, etc.)
  • Client oriented mind-set
  • Good self-organization and setting of priorities
  • Process-oriented and analytical thinking
  • High reliability
