German Customer Support Representative
Our partner is a worldwide known multinational company, with youthful and dynamic teams, who is operating in the northern part of Budapest. They support their international customers and clients in several countries and now looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Specialist.
As a Customer Support Specialist your main tasks will be the following:
- Provide support to end users as a first point of contact by e-mail, phone and chat
- Answer simple questions related to different electronical devices, like TV-s, cameras, speakers etc.
- Take ownership of resolving customer queries in a timely manner
- Meet individual and team goals (KPIs)
- Continuously identify work process improvements and discuss them with the Managers
To be considered as an ideal candidate, you are required to have:
- Advanced German language knowledge
- Customer oriented personality
- Excellent communication skill
- English knowledge is an advantage
- Customer service experience is an advantage
