FP&A Manager

Our multinational partner is looking for a Financial Planning & Analyst Manager to join their team of 6 Supervisors in Budapest.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Manage monthly reporting to the UK, budgeting and forecasting for the Regional Enterprise business and be able to explain variances against prior periods, budget and latest forecasts
• Analysing Balance Sheet & P&L performance and driving optimisations
• Management responsibilities to ensure the financials are in accordance with group and statutory accounting principles (IFRS and country/local statutory accounting principles)
• Establishing and maintaining internal controls to achieve the objectives of effective and efficient operations, reliable financial reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Ideal candidate:

• Degree in Business Administration, specialized in Finance/Accounting, or equivalent
• Advanced English language knowledge
• 5+ years relevant experience in FP&A / GL Accounting / Controlling
• Experience in Management reporting
• Excellent stakeholder management required
• Effective communication and influencing skills
