Our multinational partner who is a leader in the world of filmmaking technology, and has partners such as Netflix, is looking for talented, experienced professionals to join its growing project.

 

If you gained experience in IT support, hardware and software issue resolution on a company level, customer service then this the perfect opportunity for you!


The job

 

  • Help clients get the best use of products
  • Manage support requests and resolve technical issues
  • In-person, phone, and email support for clients – includes user training, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (applications, hardware, and networks)
  • Work alongside other Client Team members who are actively managing numerous feature films, TV shows, networks, and studio campaigns
  • Manage and route incoming calls for all departments
  • Support clients with project administration, workflows, and organisation of materials
  • Monitor client experience and advise Account Managers of issues or opportunities to improve client satisfaction
  • Contribute to creating and updating online user documentation
  • Identify process improvements and efficiencies, and work with other team members to implement them
  • Track, take ownership of, and follow unresolved issues through to completion
  • Participate in new product/feature testing
  • Remote work possibility within the borders of Hungary.

 


About you

 

  • 2+ years of customer service/support experience.
  • Entertainment industry experience is a bonus
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills (any other language knowledge is nice to have)
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal, reading comprehension skills
  • Must have experience with Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Highly motivated, resourceful, and intelligent, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – must be able to think on their feet to find solutions that may not be immediately obvious
  • Fast learner who picks up technology easily
  • Team player
  • Willingness to work from Monday to Friday, 15:00-00:00!
