Executive Assistant to CEO

  • supporting and organising the day-to-day work of the owner, general management assistant/secretary duties
  • drafting and editing documents supporting the owner's work
  • managing the calendar, sorting e-mails
  • coordinating meetings and bookings (collecting meeting topics and materials from stakeholders)
  • organising travels (including international travels)
  • arranging and scheduling meetings, discussions, coordinating professional programmes (organising and coordinating events, meetings, workshops, conferences)
  • participation in meetings
  • taking minutes in meetings, following up tasks, writing memos
  • preparing proposals for decisions (brief) on the basis of a given methodology
  • contributing to the preparation of presentations, briefings, reports, briefing notes (ppt/keynote with high level skills)
  • carrying out procurement tasks related to the job
  • representation and welcoming guests
  • participating in the organisation of team building sessions, representing the requests of the CEO
  • answering telephone calls from owners
  • liaising with key internal and external stakeholders and authorities involved in the operations of the company
  • other assistant and personnel secretarial tasks required for management work (e.g. travel arrangements)

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the secretarial field supporting owner / CEO
  • Supportive, helpful attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Accuracy, punctual work, excellent process management
  • Fluent and active English (oral and written)
  • Confident computer skills
  • Solution-oriented approach, cooperative ability
  • Strong internal demand to work accurately, reliably and responsibly
  • Courteous, determined personality Ability to adapt to unexpected, complex situations
  • High resilience, stress tolerance and flexible personality
  • Ability to work Independently and in a proactive manner
  • Driving licence Category B
