Operations Manager Hungary

 

What will You do?

 

  • You actively manage our online offer in Hungary
  • You relate with local stores to ensure customer-focused logistic processes from our Pick&Ship stores to end-customers in Hungary
  • You will play a substantial role in the roll-out of our ERP to Hungary, along with future daily business and strategic development of the fulfillment channels Pick&Ship, central warehouse and drop ship management
  • You plan and carry out projects and sales initiates with our local sales and marketing team
  • You enable the development our offer and fulfillment solutions for Hungary with an international team of IT, logistics and order management experts

 

Ideal profile:

 

  • You have BSc/MSc degree preferably in relevant field
  • You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience from a comparable function in the area of customer care
  • You speak fluent English and Hungarian
  • You have experience in eCommerce
  • You are familiar with article listing, fulfillment and ERP-processes and have profound knowledge of customer order processes and ERP
  • You are team-orientated with a can-do-attitude
  • You have good understanding of relevant eCommerce fulfillment and procurement processes
  • You have good communication skills in dealing with internal (IT, logistics, sales, sourcing) and external parties (suppliers and logistic service providers)
  • You are digital native with passion for digital projects and trends
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You are willing to travel in Europe (10-20%)

 

Advantage to fill the position:

 

  • You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX
