Building physics engineer

On behalf on our partner we are looking for an Building physics engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for energy conservation design and optimization of new and ongoing projects;

• Responsible for collecting the energy saving demand data of the new plant, and cooperating with the design institute to complete the energy saving scheme design of the new plant project;

• Analyze and review the performance of the building scheme, including the building structure, building envelope, building system and all electromechanical systems;

• Review the building physical simulation of compliance and building performance engineering.

• Simulate a series of building thermal performance systems in the project, such as energy saving simulation, energy consumption simulation, daylighting simulation, CFD simulation, etc

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in building environment and equipment, building physics, building automation, electromechanical heating and ventilation, etc

• More than 5 years of working experience in building physics or building energy conservation scheme design, with basic knowledge of building physics, cold and heat source equipment, HVAC, etc

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills

• Proficient in IES VE building simulation software (Model IT, Apache Sim, Vista Pro, MicroFlo, VE Compliance)

• Has important and reliable experience in building physics, especially in energy modeling and building simulation.

• Understand the local building regulations, energy regulations and planning requirements.
