
Accounts Payable Team Lead
- Ensure smooth operation of AP processes during both BAU and migration phases
- Drive standardization, best practices, and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop the team (staffing, onboarding, training, performance management, coaching)
- Manage stakeholder relationships, handle escalations, and act on feedback
- Plan workload, ensure KPI and SLA targets are met, and maintain high-quality service delivery
- Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with policies
- Lead strategic projects and promote a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Elvárások / Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant finance experience
- At least 3 years in an international SSC environment
- Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced MS Office skills
- Fluent English
