Due to sustained growth, we are looking to add to our team by recruiting a HR Team Leader (Senior HR Advisor) to join our office in Warrington. The HR Team Leader will manage a small team, providing generalist HR advice, support and guidance to our clients via telephone and email.

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage a small team providing HR guidance by telephone and online for multiple SME's, ensuring that clients understand the legislative requirements and risks associated with any actions.
•Provide generalist advice covering all areas of HR including, Disciplinary, Grievance, Employment Relations, TUPE, Redundancy and Performance.
•Provide support to, and be an escalation point for the Team as appropriate.
•Attend face to face meetings with clients where necessary.
•Deliver commercially focused advice.
•Take leadership of the Clearsky HR service and work with the Group Head of HR to suggest and implement improvements to the current service offering.
•Take ownership of the Clearsky HR team and manage any team recruitment, appraisals, performance, training and development.
•Keep appraised of current people management best practice and ensure knowledge of employment law is continually updated and escalated to the team.
•Produce template documents and ensure they are continually updated in line with changes to legislation.
•Support the business with any marketing activities as appropriate, including webinars and employment law seminar presentations.
•Review clients' existing documents in line with current legislation and best practice and suggest amendments where necessary.
•Build strong relationships with clients and provide a professional service.
•To carry out such other duties and responsibilities as are consistent with the role.

Person Specification:
•Previous experience of working at a similar level.
•Previous experience working for a HR Consultancy.
•Previous managerial experience.
•Fully CIPD qualified.
•Full UK drivers licence.
•Self motivated, proactive with excellent communication skills.
•A positive relationship builder.
•A practical, working knowledge of employment law, with the ability to give commercial focus.
•Experience in problem solving and effective decision making.
•An understanding of customer care and the importance of providing a high quality service.
