HR SPECIALIST – RECRUITMENT
Professionalism, previous relevant work experience and very good English language skills are necessary.

- Academic degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Professional experience in an international company
- Experience in HR information systems
- Customer-oriented attitude, able to work with high degree of autonomy and self-drive
- Communication and active listening skills and able to work in a multicultural environment
- Working in projects across a complex organization
- Business fluent language skills in English, German language skills desirable
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support, advise and train line managers and HR team when dealing with recruitment issues, as expert of this matters
- Revise and understand the position's content and competency profile with line manager and HR responsible
- Create job ad and coordinate posting, including choice of resourcing media and methodology
- Applications screening (analyze CVs, conduct pre-screening, short-listing and organize interviews)
- Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
- Advise line manager about selection tools to be used, provide appropriate selection tools according to type and level of the position
- Coordinate the work of recruitment agencies
- Cooperation with external organizations and authorities
- Special projects in the field of Human Resources
- Creating and monitoring of reports
