 HR Service Administrator (French speaker)

Description of position:    To provide our clients with efficient and high quality assistance in HR related subjects (HR tools and applications / HR policies and processes / HR administration).

Duties:    Duties:

• manage administrative processes according to the process


• solve minor technical incidences.

• Ensure solution of the service requests within the appropriate domain and support level (L1/L2/L3).

• Follow-up service requests according to the HRS follow-up procedure.

• Close the solved service requests and notify the Client about the solution.

• To coordinate projects as required by Team Leader

• Train colleagues on HR tools and applications, HR policies and processes and HR administrative services.

• Keep contact with higher support groups to ensure efficient information flow and high quality service.

Requirements, skills:    Required skills:

• Knowledge of HR applications, policies, procedures and administration.

• English: Fluent

• French: Fluent

• Knowledge of MS Office applications

• Up-to-date knowledge of Internet, Lotus Notes

• Up-to-date knowledge of ERPs (SAP, JDE)

• Basic IT knowledge

• Achievement • and result oriented; decisiveness

• Experience in HR/customer service is an advantage

• 2-4 years of relevant work experience, extensive knowledge of all HRS processes and demonstrate excellent quality of service.


• Bachelor's Degree

Known languages:    Fluent knowledge of the English and French languages
