HR Operations Analyst with Spanish knowledge
Our multinational partner is looking for a Spanish Speaker HR Operations Analyst to support the continuous expansion of the company’s Business Service Centre in Budapest.
As an HR Analyst you will be responsible for the accurate administration of the hire to retire process as defined in the SLA’s, and company / government policies. Being a part of the company’s HR team you will have to support the sourcing, the recruitment, the trainings and the performance management processes by coordinating and managing the administration. The payroll processing, and the management of the compensation and benefits administration will also be a significant parts of your daily tasks. Maintaining the employee master data and assisting in the introduction of new internal policies would also be the HR Operations Analyst’s responsibilities who reports directly to the HR Operations Manager.
The ideal applicant for this position has 1-3 years experience in administration or any HR related positions (payroll, recruiting, and support) and has business fluency in English and Spanish. Our client is looking for a precise and reliable HR Operations Analyst who has the ability to work independently and capable in handling monotonous tasks as well.
